This flour is freshly milled from ground chickpeas or garbanzo beans and is a staple of south asian cuisine. It is high in protein, iron, and fiber. It is low in fat, has no cholesterol. You can use it to make peanut butter bars, chickpea flour frittata, or gluten-free cakes. It works great in recipes where it might not always get fully cooked or roasted. You can also use it to make delicious dhokla and fritters (bhajjis).
